Would think it's an NFL guy right? College coaches wouldn't up and leave at this point

The only problem is it may be tough to find a coach now...

The timing on this is totally unprecedented in the history of college football, except in instances where a coach has died, and in those cases the hire always came from within the staff.

Did Cubit ever officially sign the 2 yr deal? I know there was talk a month or so ago that he hadn't signed yet.

Illinois keeps using the word stability. I don't think that word means what they think it means.

Wow. I like to think that I'm not one to celebrate someone losing their job, and Cubit never seemed like a terrible guy, but my heart jumped for joy when I saw this thread.
