Orange Krush Class of 2013
- Rochester, MN
I would bet that we would as well, but you never know...
Nope. Was certainly hoping we'd finish in the top 10 and be sitting comfortably for the rest of the day.

Once the 15 are set does everyone start even or do we retain our scores and just add on to them?
One interesting note: Illinois and Purdue are the only cold-weather teams in the tournament and Purdue is in dead last right now.
Oregon is also in the tourney and is generally considered cold weather. Probably not as severe winters as Illinois/Indiana, but still cold.
Well under the cut line now and tied for 9th. Is the next cut off at 8 teams?
If so, they are only 1 stroke off of 8th place, so it looks like they have a solid chance of making the cut, IF they play well.
5 team playoff for the 14th and 15th spot.
The Golfweek guy on Twitter is saying that the tie has been resolved by counting all five scores for all three rounds. The order on golfstat.com is correct.
Said Deacon: “There are way too many people who work way too hard to lose out on a scorecard playoff. I know how much hard work the kids put in and the coaches put in. To end your season on a scorecard playoff just doesn’t seem right to me.”
Well, the playoff is of course more exciting, but going to the cards is much more fair while keeping with the spirit of the tournament. This is a team championship. To have the #5 scorers travel all this way and play three days of golf just to be told that their score still doesn't matter rings false to me.

Coach, everyone's number fives worked hard, too. If those of #16 (or those of your SEC brethren) had played well enough to tie #15, then you'd probably have gotten your playoff. As things are, just be thankful that you get to play more golf.

So what is the format today? Is it the same with the top 8 teams moving forward after today? Then Match play tomorrow?
