Did Juice have offers from Alabama, FSU, A&M, Auburn, et al?

Sign-and-place kid. Put him up there at Iowa CC, think that's the college we've grabbed players from. Oh yeah, they have a damn good wr there who's a legit option

I would love to get Thomas
Since we didn't make his top 6, why is he visiting Champaign? Not complaining, of course.
Since we were not in his top 6, is Thomas adding us to make a top 7?

Just because he names a top 6 doesn't mean that he is only going to look at those schools and not look at other schools. Also doesn't mean that we are #7. Kids that have verbally committed often visit other schools as well. Nothing is final until national signing day.

Maybe as decision time gets nearer, playing close to home has increasing appeal. Maybe our staff has made an impact.

I'm much more of a basketball guy, and I don't really know what football talent looks like in terms of the technical aspects, but one noticeable difference in these highlight tapes to me is speed. We are actually in the mix for really fast guys. I especially enjoy seeing guys who outrun a defender who took a good angle for the tackle.
