One more crystal ball, from the Duke guy..no surprise lol
That makes Meyer, an MSU guy, a KY guy and now a Duke guy. Nice.

I was just thinking how Te'Jon, Frazier, and Smith would look together. It may look a lot like Dee, Deron, and Luther, although anything close to their level would be a huge win.
I think Tejon and Smith can play with good chemistry given one of them significantly improves in outside shooting. The opponent team can use a zone to cancel out their penetration/cut threat if Tejon/Smith cannot punish them by shooting 3s.
I would say JCL + CM(or a guard transfer for next season) + Smith is the best guard lineup because this creates ton of spaces for Smith to slash into. Maybe Tejon starts at the beginning of the season and then it becomes a competition between Tejon/Smith. Or one of them become reliable shooters and start together.
That's a visual I didn't need.
Not to pick on either of you, but here's an example of teenagers courting attention on Twitter (which speaks to a certain set of personality traits, though I'd stop well short of "character") being treated radically 180 degrees differently based on a bunch of middle-aged fart keyboard jockeys perception of what those tweets mean for their favorite sports team.
That says more about our character than that of the kids, frankly.
Meh, you're obviously right in the abstract ... but I'm recently 25, and I don't see these guys as "kids," I see them as "younger than me" (that sounds so dumb, but I can't help but feel most people will know what I mean). While I personally would never, ever tweet something negative at a recruit or really even judge them for their life decisions like this, I don't see it as pathetic or weird or whatever if I sit around analyzing a recruits decisions and give my opinion on things that he does.
Winner!!!HUNGRY!!
Just wait, I'm about to hit 30, and they look like "kids" to me now.

Not saying something is a lock, but in general it is sad that kids literally ditch their state and local community to go somewhere random.
I mean unless he grew up a Michigan State fan?
I guess this has been covered haven't caught up on the thread or maybe no-one cares, but Jerry Meyer has now switched his crystal balls to Illini. :thumb:
Personally I am very glad that Trent Frazier ditched his state and local community by signing with Illinois!

Frazier felt slighted by Florida schools IIRC. Can't say the same for Mark. He's been shown the love.
I'm a bit surprised that Frazier would want Smith to come to Illinois considering in some ways its extra competition. But Frazier doesn't seemed fazed. I feel like Frazier just wants to win. Did he not get recruited by Florida, Miami, or FSU? Normally that would be a bit of a red flag. I'm not worried about Frazier one bit, but it's still odd that he didn't get recruited by them.
Yeah not sure how accurate the websites are on scholarship offers but... all I am seeing is Florida Atlantic and North Florida for the Florida schools.
UCF and Florida say no offer and FSU and Miami aren't listed.
Rivals also list some very nice offers otherwise.
You guys all realize that these crystal balls are switching because it's Smith is visiting today correct? So if Smith actually commits today, they will all be right! And if he leaves today without committing, no harm done and they can just switch their pick again this weekend.

They started switching based on this post from a Michigan State guy:
