Can’t believe y’all still debating these Crystal Ball picks. Is it really worth the mental energy speculating the thought process and motivation behind a crystal ball pick?

Just curious, who is Spicy G and his/her relationship to Landers ?

Spicy G is the nickname Chin Coleman bestowed on Greg Eboigbodin so no one has to mispronounce his last name.

What else is worthy of our mental energy? The opening tip is still about six weeks away!

The best way to enjoy Loyalty is to just sit back and bask in the absurdity. Crystal ball picks are like if I was trying to pick the world series winner last year... but I got to change my pick anytime I wanted.

Dodgers...wait no Cubs... wait no Indians... wait no Cubs... oh crap definitely Indians, lock it in...wait I switch to Cubs now. 100% prediction score.

Crystal ball picks may or may not work best when using the southern contraction y'all, it depends.

I'm already a big fan of Spicy G's work. He's gonna be good!

Underwood told Greg, son when you listen and learn and understand things you are going to be a star in this league. I believe that to be true, kids body is Big Ten ready right now he has gotten ripped up and gained a lot of muscle. With that being said he is still extremely raw with the ball down on the block. He just needs a lot of reps with footwork and confidence and I agree he may be a stud. I see him getting some tick for sure this year at the 5. He seems to be kind of the 'whipping boy' right now, in a good way....I think the coaches are pushing him super hard b/c they see the potential there.

I bet it has these young kids gaggin' reading some of these insecure comments. Some people need to hydrate and relaxxx.

Sounds like Michigan is poised to take half of our highest recruiting targets.
Yeah. It seems that way. Once Michigan State got Henry and filled their scholarships I thought it was smoother sailing.. WRONG! I saw a post that said something along the lines of "if Castleton goes to Michigan I'll scream". Well that's how I am feeling. I know they get to the tournament and the coach is good but Christ.. they are late to the party. Its upsetting that Illinois recruits for months and other schools swoop in weeks before a recruit announces.

Public fretting is a bad look. Yes, things can go south. We all know it. If you are contemplating airing your worries, don't do it.

As to current and future recruiting battles: if we're targeting the right guys, competition will be stiff.

Not that I am concerned with this school, but Georgia State just got a commitment from a guard Nelson Phillips.

On one hand, if Castleton is exploring schools, that means he isn't 100% sold on Florida, which is encouraging news. On the other hand, it also means he still isn't sold on us, which is not so much.

Or once again that Florida isn't just quite ready to accept that commitment or for that matter maybe Illinois is not ready too.
