I didn't realize that Ayo came thru legendary Beasley Academic Center the same elementary school that produced DRose and other stars. He started at Westinghouse (not sure why there) but transferred to MP to play for Nick Irvin and also Mike Irvin's AAU team. This recruitment has some really long tentacles.

I most analysts have a consensus & think the same thing will happen when it comes to ayo. but after all of these wild recruitments, circus antics, & hat tricks most are hesitant to flat out say it.. I just hope for good news this week to present tht with a better scenario.. top two public league players to Illinois, from the top two school on cps? Now u got a real pipeline!
I saw him play perspectives while playing for Westinghouse.. I had no idea he would turn out like this. I saw him play Bogan in the sectionals a few years back. Charlie Moore was chucking, cam Irvin was shooting from the corner but ayo was super economical.. silent killer.. knocked my alma mater out of the playoffs

His style of play is what I call deceptively efficient. If you expect spectacular dunks, behind the back passes and wild plays, you will not get with Ayo. But then you look at his stats and impact on the game and you realize that he is a great player.
Dude I have no idea. I mentioned some months back that chase was transferring to orr.. They won 2a last year, but moving to the west side? That's nuts! Ayo's family lives on the south side.. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to Westinghouse!

All those Illinois photos recruits posted of us sure helped us in the end ; ) lol
He played on Chris Paul's team at one of those all star games he was in. Each team had an NBA player as a coach. It was on tv.
