Well, this says he is announcing one hour and six minutes from now. That is 7pm Eastern, not Central. I am pretty sure it is wrong, but...

Relax, folks. This is the guy who makes edits for some of these recruits (e.g. Whitney). It seems to just be his own personal phone background rather than something official.

Let's analyze for a minute.

How well do you think Finke would do matched up against the physicality of Da'Monte and Mark?

How well would he do against the elite quickness of Ayo, Trent, and Te'Jon?

Yep. If indeed this goes our way, I sincerely hope Illinois fans don't flock over to the Wake boards to troll them.

I'll admit -- their OG board is infested with utter nonsense and some serious blind homerism. Not that we haven't had our share of that on our boards, but dang......I won't feel the least bit bad for those people.

I mean, they're digging up USN&WR academic rankings to make an argument that Wake is a superior school to Illinois. You've lost the argument when you've fallen to that level. Not only is it classic data selection bias (conveniently picking the one survey that gives them the advantage), but it's totally irrelevant to the conversation. Whatever the case, the best way of dealing with those people is to ignore them entirely.

(I must admit that I'd love to see Wake come back to Champaign in next year's challenge to face a backcourt of Ayo and Smith and get run out of the gym December '04 style. But that's just me)

1) He's a couple inches taller than both of them, and I don't see him being fazed by the physicality.

2)This is where he could run into some trouble.

Aside: When's the last time we had 2 brothers on different B1G basketball teams?
