Thie thing I find funniest about this gif is that her hair is blowing all over the place, and his is cemented in place with hair spray, while wearing overalls. Is that a thing?

LOL....I find everything about my hero CW as funny .....He is a trip....wow

Bossi thinks it's between Gonzaga and us for Timme. So, 50-50, amirite?

Well, I was told that there'd be no math, but my calculations have the favorite at 66-33 since they probably got TAM's portion. That said, I'd still bet the field since recruiting is so fluid these days.

Illinois has about a 2% chance still....:(:ROFLMAO:
Do you guys actually have some solid information on which you're basing Illinois has no chance to land Timme, or is it based mainly on Illinois striking out so many times?

Well the day after Gonzagas in home last week BU and co canceled their trip down....pretty much case closed its the zags..
Well that sucks. Now I really want Underwood and company to beat Gonzaga. In the past we have owned them. They get too much credit. They almost always under perform in the tournament.

In the what?
I'm getting sick of the defeatist attitude in the Illinois basketball fanbase. You all are suffering from recency bias. I'm glad Underwood isn't. This team will beat Gonzaga and make the tournament.

It's a big mistake if we let these siren songs stop us from taking Plan B this week.
I don't know who our plan B options are right now. Whomever they are, they haven't taken visits that I've heard about so they would seem unlikely to be signing soon.

Relax and have some fun. Also is your IP is the same as Kathy's?
I'm well aware of Kathy's eternal optimism. I'm far from that. I'm basing my optimism off of what I've seen this year. Last year I wasn't optimistic because I never was a fan of Finke or Black. We now have a team that is long, athletic, can handle the ball, is tough and can shoot the 3

Yep. A strong team in a crappy conference equals perennial tournament access, regardless of how good they really are. This plus the Mark Few "Duke of the West" sales pitch has been a winning combination for some time now.

Four straight years in the second weekend. This is becoming an expired talking point.

Not sure if this is good or bad. Two targets we don't seem likely to land that we will recruit for another 5 months.
Excellent news in my mind. I thought our only chance would be making tourney.

Now we need to make tourney

Illinois has won five of the six all-time meetings between the programs – including the latest matchup, 85-74, in Spokane in 2012.
