There is no team in the country worse at executing plays than us.

After a year and half of this, I am certain we will never win a game because we out-coached the other team. smh

Not sure I'd draw up a 3 pointer in a game where we are 0 for 10 from 3 point range. Oh well, showed we can play even with Northwestern this year, until the end.

They are young and growing. Many signs of improvement today (Talking about the team, not the negative posters). Can't wait for Trent to hit some of these game winners.

Those last 30 seconds were so Illinois. Not a surprise.:(

I don’t care what anyone says,BU approached this game the best way he could. Wait till he gets some more help!

2 timeouts in the last 2 minutes...A) shot clock violation, B) last leterally second hail mary after botched in bounds?
Let's blame Underwood for the inability of our players to catch a wide open pass?

We need to recruit intelligent players. 5 start means nothing to me. Recruit intelligence, and maybe we can win some games, and not look like a lost puppy.

Talk about a game where any number of singular events could have resulted in a win... good ft shooting though

Last 3 possessions were just inexcusable. Shot clock violation, offensive rebound for NW leads to the 3, and that last heave. I know what they were trying to do with that play - get Trent going to the basket - but it shouldn’t have come to that. #WhenWillWeWin?

Executing is an issue. Hope we grow up fast.

Any team who consistently fails to shoot the ball in 30 seconds has, in my opinion, a coaching problem. Not all our faults are his, but that one is.
