Is it possible we miss out on a lot of high profile recruits because BU runs an honest program?
I read somewhere that Burnett and Hawkins were close. Also that Burnett played 1 year at Morgan Park with Ayo.
I think this is a bit naive. Not to say I know anything to suggest otherwise. Is it possible we miss out on a lot of high profile recruits because BU runs an honest program?
Nice to see Goode shatter the myth that he's just an ok shooter. Love that he's pressing 6' 7" now too. Think he's gonna be a good one. Maybe even better.

+ LiebOT, Giorgi, Cole, Jermaine, BBV give us a lot of possibilities of size. Goode, Jacob, and Hutch offer a lot of size at the wing and BU keeps mentioning Cole there. Could also see DaMonte there if he returns. Lots of depth if Hutch and BBV not healthy. Actually would like to see another point guard added. With the expected transfers, could be lots of possibilities. Do think it is distinct possibility to lose some of that depth to transfers out however.
How'd that work out for him?The harshest part was " he's not even in shape".
I can only think that the comments were public shock psychology to get the kid motivated to work his a_ _ off.
Think Kevin Huerter, the Hawk who played at Maryland.

A quick bit of research shows that we've lost 183 recruits in the last 10 years because we run an honest program. Is it possible we miss out on a lot of high profile recruits because BU runs an honest program?
Were all of those offers committable?A quick bit of research shows that we've lost 183 recruits in the last 10 years because we run an honest program.
Under the category of recruiting for dummies, could someone let me know if are all 13 of the Illinois players are from Nike AAU programs? I would think if it's impossible for Illinois to sign kids who aren't Nike then we are wasting time recruiting them. (not just this particular recruitment, more a general question) When things get back to normal and there are big summer AAU events again, do our coaches go to them and see an Adidas team playing and figure we might as well not even recruit that kid? Or are there examples of us getting Adidas players?A is for Addidas

He’s not a freshman bud, ergo pretty awful in comparison to his contemporary KofiOT Games this year at WVU (points/rebounds):
S Dakota St. 7/3
VCU 11/16
Western KY. 5/7
Gonzaga 14/9
Georgetown. 9/6
NorthTexas 0/7
Richmond 12/5
Iowa State 12/5
Kansas 3/5
Northeastern 12/15
Up and down like a lot of freshmen, but some pretty impressive performances. 78 total rebounds in 10 games - 38 were OR.
