Agree. I was going to say the same thing. We'd be 1-2 with Gonzaga and Baylor would have 1 loss.. Unstoppable with Liddell on the roster!!

Liddell is such a tough matchup for us.
Livers has made a huge leap from last year.
And I can't stand Duane Washington. I don't know why.

If OSU loses, they should drop. Loss to northwestern is not a good loss.

Illinois with similar overall record and better conference record.

Both tOSU and scUM are shooting at an incredible clip...but they are also getting a lot of clean looks. Our success will depend on maintaining our defensive intensity...when we’re locked in, our defense is superior to either of these teams’, and they won’t get all those shots off in space.

Liddell will get his regardless, and anyone from Michigan could have a big day...but we can shut down a lot of these players.

Michgan looks slightly better to my eyes. Really poised on the road. Should be a tough battle in the 2nd half.

Entertaining game so far.

Illini defense is much improved, and we are much tougher than last game vs. OSU. Defend either of these teams like the Minny game, I think it's a W.

So! Look at the records. We would be better in BIG and have 2 fewer wins because we played fewer games. Loss at Northwestern is a bad loss. We don’t have any bad losses. They also lost to Minnesota which is starting to look like a bad loss with Minny dropping. Remember the loss last year against Miami? That would have cost us a higher seed.

Coach Underwood biggest recruiting whiff, Ej Liddle. We have no one on roster who can match up with him wow.. Maybe Ayo on perimeter and Granderson and Georgi down low. If rest of team beats us, so be it.

Agree. And one publication (very recently) had him listed as the #1 NBA prospect in the conference. Guess it's that age/potential thing.
