Saw pruman posted that EJ is testing NBA draft waters.

Wouldn’t surprise me at all if Kofi did the same thing he did last year. Test the waters and get feedback and potentially come back.

I can't find Franklin in this picture. A lot of bad body language. Maybe players are pi**ed that they held the most important meeting of their careers in the lobby of their gym.

Yeah. That doesn’t look great. TJD is a great kid by all accounts. Likeable even for a Hoosier. Interested in how this all plays out for him.

I'm around kids of that age all day long, that is pretty standard anymore. I wouldn't read too much into their body language, especially if they just had a workout, or it was early in the morning.

The body language of the adults though....🙄

Ok, I'm not a big IU guy :ROFLMAO:, but I'm happy that Matta is able to semi-return to doing what he loves. Had back pain for all of one day, and that really was no fun.

So am I. And i disagree with you. Maybe the “average” kid will have that body language. But not the best of the best, highly driven, talented kids that make it to high levels like this.

I agree to be cautious about reading too much into it, but it’s still probably “not ideal”. Lol.

I'd say we could use a commit, but knowing this board, that would just lead to arguments of if said new commit is a more athletic Larry Bird or a worse version of DJ Richardson. The only hope is we all agree that his growth plates are still open.

That body language clearly says "wait, there's no free breakfast in the lobby?".

If there's legs to this Franklin thing, we should be very happy if we land him. Like others said, he has a higher floor than TyTy or NB and his ceiling is just as high. A lot of the talking heads gloated over Franklin's potential and have him pegged as a future All Big10 player and very possible NBA'er.

If there's mutual interest, you absolutely do not slow play him, especially considering all the twists and turns of the TyTy and Burnett recruitments.

I believe our staff is better than Archie’s staff last year and our system would be more suited to Franklin’s strengths.
