Easily Kruger for me. Always thought very highly of him, couldn't fault him for taking the NBA money/opportunity, and have enjoyed watching his success (somewhat modest) with UNLV and Oklahoma. I think way more of him than Groce, who never should have been coaching at a Big Ten level. Is their a previous failed head coach that holds a higher standing than Groce for us? Weber's schtick got old, Self/Kruger left, and I feel no love lost for any of our football coaches. He genuinely seemed like a great guy, decent recruiter, but someone who didn't have the coaching chops to cut it in the majors quite yet. Not to mention a clear string of bad luck.
Great to see him get a team on track and be rewarded for it.
Edit: I'm realizing that you were likely excluding Self/Kruger as they left, not failed. If so......nevermind.
