We went to the Final Four and Championship game in spite of Weber and not because of. It was the heart of the team that willed them to victory against AZ. Weber is a terrible coach and history proves it.
He isn't a Hall of Famer, but this seems a little harsh...
He's got conference titles and COYs at every school he's ever coached. You can not like him, but objectively, he's not "terrible".
As long as an assistant doesn’t leave due to the compensation and pay, then I think it’s just the human side of the business. As long as BU is an Illini ACs will come and go for different reasons.
As long as the compensation is commensurate with the desired level of success then there will always be great candidates willing to fill the vacancies.
Losing OA *THIS* year though with all of the other transfer uncertainties is the last thing this program needs.
