For sure. Kentucky loads up on recruits not even in the top 150. All the talk of a top 50....meh. Illinois will do fine filling that slot if he goes elsewhere.
Would make up for losing Storr imo.

Lost a commit from AJ Storr, Casey a bit intereseted possibly due to changes, VT center /transfer decommmits....interesting times. Loving Podz attitude, toughness provided by Frazier and DaMonte returning, Chester Frazier hire... there are a few cherries on top that would be really noice... js...I...L..L...

Thinking that the recruiting picture was going to be status quo during a complete turnover of the assistant coaching staff was wishful thinking for sure. I hope we can keep the rest of them committed but won’t be surprised if we don’t. Time for the new staff, once in place, to put their stamp on this program. I still am optimistic about the next several years!

I‘d like to think all recruits were contacted before the changes hit the wire.

Not that anyone was asking. But, to clarify, I mean any recruit in general who decommits from a school.
I hope so as well, but if we're being honest here, has any decommit, even if they say they're keeping their original school in the running, ever actually done that? I can't recall that ever happening. I think if Storr just had concerns about the staff he'd wait to see what happens before decommitting. Publicly decommitting strikes me as the end of the process of moving on, not the beginning.
