No...I think overall staff chemistry was lacking which is best managed during the hiring process.

ACs without egos are best. I sense that Chester and Geoff are the start of a really good staff that will likely have better chemistry.

No. He is a great coach. I feel that the current years of failure has us, as true fans grasping at straws, hoping for the absolute best outcomes when things get tough. I admit I wasn’t a huge fan of the Chester hire, and that has more to do with Weber than him, however I’m willing to give it a go and hope for the best. I’m doing my best to let the next hire play out and not jump to concussions about Walker or anyone else. Underwood is a great coach. Let the process happen.

As a hybrid humanoid I would accept either weirdness or eccentricness or weird eccentric or eccentric weird, but i have to attach the ""ness "" vernacular to the most appropriate definition...This will all come together after the first contact which is coming soon.....
