It's encouraging to see that the latest shot fired in the facilities war is coming from Illinois! Sounds like other programs will have to up their game to remain competitive. Kudos to JW and company for making this happen.

Agree, helps demonstrate the commitment to and support of the program! Though only one of many factors in recruiting (with the new elephant in the room being NIL $), can only help to have great facilities in place.

When it was first announced multiple outlets said it would be done in time for the 2021-22 season.
Well I’d assume next season then if timelines are kicked back a year from Covid.
