Florida A&M will come into this one not having played since this past Sunday when they lost at UC Santa Barbara 73-62.

They were supposed to play at Arizona State yesterday afternoon but the game was cancelled due to a power outage at the Sun Devils' arena in Tempe.

I couldn't be looking forward to this game less, considering.

Enjoy your holiday, boys. You deserve it.

But don’t overdo it. I can remember too many “holiday hangover” games after thanksgiving and Christmas. Not that we would lose… but probably win by about 15 rather than 40-50.

Florida Atlantic 2018 at SFC...overtime loss at home 73-71 (after loss to Mizzou prior week)

I believe that was a "Hall of Fame" Loyalty meltdown postgame thread. At that point many were saying "why didn't we get Clownzo" ....3 years later we are thinking "glad we didn't get Clownzo".

Our overall 4+ year turnaround since BU arrival is a real testament to having patience.

After year 2 ( 2018-2019 , Ayo 1st year, record 12-21, #10 B10)...many were not sure we were in right coaching hands, myself including.

Glad to say 2.5 years later ...I am very thankful we have BU and I should have had more patience after BU, year 2.

That might have been the exact couple I was thinking of. Couldn’t remember the game but the feeling hurt.

Just took a trip down memory lane.

The panic was real, the despair was real. People calling for Hoiberg and doubting the hire. Calling Ayo non-Athletic. Funny when you go back and look at it

Read through a bit of that thread. Makes you appreciate what we have now and what we have been able to build.

Wasn't this the game that Kofi was here on his recruiting visit?

Only 10 pages of comments after that horrific loss. Color me disappointed.

HA! Funny, looked to see if we have any current hypocrites (cause Im like that) and I couldnt find a one. The uber naysayers are no longer in the building (at least at a cursory glance). Good thing we all trusted the process...

I'm sure Trent and Damonte remember this loss. Hope they come out and put this one on ice early and with authority.

This would be the perfect time to play the freshman together and see what they can do for an extended time. I would love to see more of Melendez, Goode and Podz with Kofi and Plummer.
