Really impressed by the win and what Kofi accomplished. Still not hitting on all cylinders yet, and it’s scary what kind of team we could become if we have Kofi, Trent, Alphonso, Belo, Monte, and Jacob hitting their full strides on offense and defense at the same time.
As an aside, laughed out loud at Gard’s postgame response about the Wisconsin centers trying to guard Kofi, and he suggested that maybe he should tape their two centers together and put both on the court. Found that an endearing response.
Edit: looks like others beat me to the Gard comment. Sometimes the truth hurts, sometimes it’s pure comedy.
