Yahoo sports apparently doing the right thing and assigning two losses to Wisky for the egg they laid today. We win?

No; this is accurate. Late this afternoon Kevin Warren belatedly assigned them a loss to Michigan via an unplayed game from Jan/Feb 2021 when the Michigan team had *cough* *cough* COVID.

Underwood loses so much of his staff and wins a big ten championship are you kidding me?? What a time
Plus I'm not sure we've played a game with everyone healthy. Belo (obviously), Kofi, Trent, RJ, Grandison have all missed time with injuries. And I'm sure I'm missing someone on that list.

Curbelo kind of hurt us down the stretch.
Offensively he did hurt us on some key possessions. Some bad turnovers and some bad shooting decisions. That said, his defense was actually really good most of the night. Plummer was getting beyond torched out there, and Curbelo really was a big reason why Iowa's shooting started going in the tank in the 2nd half. He played far from a complete game, but he was really working hard on the defensive end of the floor and it was that side of the floor that ended up winning the game for us. He needs to be better and smarter on the floor, especially with the ball, but we desperately needed that defense out of him more than anything tonight

I’m wearing my “Kofi’s trunk” practice jersey that I picked up in his online sale. Have worn it for every game this season.
It will be retired tomorrow and put in a frame - hung in either my home office, possibly the man cave.
In the meantime, I’m logging off loyalty for a couple hours as my beautiful bride and I will be visiting our go to bar and grill and I will be buying cocktails for anyone that responds to my chant with a loud and proud - “I N I” ! ! !
(Yes - my wife gets it and supports my passion)

My only wish is that I could tip a glass tonight with my compadres and brethren from Illinois Loyalty.
Cheers mates.

(Ordering my Uber now)
Wait, you’re the reason he was suspended?

I know I’m biased, but the big ten saved their best officiated game of the season for tonight. It was quite good imo.
Every game is FINE in my opinion, but I agree with you.

I noticed the refs a bit tonight but I thought they were calling a fair and liberal game. Touch fouls were generally ignored.

Underwood absolutely deserves B1G coach of the year.

- In the off-season, he lost all 3 assistants
- In the off-season, he lost his All American, his star freshman, and his back up center
- He dealt with more injuries than any team in college basketball
- He won the B1G. Tying Wisconsin for the title (with us owning the tie breaker) with us playing a more difficult B1G season than Wisconsin.

More adversity than any other coach in college basketball. B1G Champs.

Let’s go

I agree with you, but Wisconsin was picked to finish 10th I believe? Hard to overcome….
