Underwood absolutely deserves B1G coach of the year.

- In the off-season, he lost all 3 assistants
- In the off-season, he lost his All American, his star freshman, and his back up center
- He dealt with more injuries than any team in college basketball
- He won the B1G. Tying Wisconsin for the title (with us owning the tie breaker) with us playing a more difficult B1G season than Wisconsin.

More adversity than any other coach in college basketball. B1G Champs.

Let’s go
He also didn’t have Kofi for 3 games

1000% agree.

All credit to Gard who just kinda kept punching (no pun intended ;) ) as the rest of the league fell away, but after today if it's not Underwood that's a travesty.

Holy crap Damonte. Watch him from :10 to :16.
Thanks. I thought that what I saw on the TV screen but yours is a much better angle.

That's our program's culture in a nutshell. That's down to BU, DMW, Trent and what they've infused this team with over the past several seasons.

DMW was not going to be denied a title tonight if he had an ounce of energy left in his body to seize it.

"Not worried at all. Iowa is good, but Trent & Plummer are going to take over in the 2nd half"

Halftime text to my dad. Was wrong about who was going to take over, but was still confident we'd win. Until that 3pt shot by Iowa, when it all flashed before my eyes and I fell to my knees praying it fell short. Needless to say, there's much celebrating in this house tonight!!!

I have to admit, that was one of those games that I have no idea how we won - I can't think of anyone I would say played "well" for us, we couldn't guard a lick the whole first half and for stretches in the second, had a bunch of unforced turnovers, yet someone we pulled it out

And you know what, I couldn't care less - we gutted it out and we're Big Ten Champs!
