I would say Skyy then TSJSo if things fall Illinois' way, we *could* expect good news before next weekend. I'm starting to think Williams will be the first domino.

coincidentally my name is Tom lol.Tom looks like he ate a couple bags in that photo
Are you asking the board or the staff? I’d probably put Miller at 2/3. I think it depends on if he needs to sit for a year or not though. So what is the rank of our transfer wishlist here:
1. Terrence Shannon
2. Brandon Murray
3. Jeremiah Williams
4. Adam Miller
Is Miller 3? 2? 4?
This is America, everyone is free to respond. But if you know the staff and can get their response, that would be super. Are you asking the board or the staff? I’d probably put Miller at 2/3. I think it depends on if he needs to sit for a year or not though.
I would just like to take a moment to commend each of us on being absolutely bat crazy about Illinois basketball. No real news to speak of, yet almost 40 pages worth of posts in 2.5 days. This takes heart, it takes dedication, it takes perseverance...it means being a #EveryDayGuy. Well done y'all. I'm sure you each have your own support system you'd like to thank, but I am indebted to my good friend Coffee -- couldn't do it without ya!!
Well, I do suspect that Illini0440 is actually Tyler Underwood; so we could always ask him. This is America, everyone is free to respond. But if you know the staff and can get their response, that would be super.
Agreed, Miller is 3 for me on that list. Are you asking the board or the staff? I’d probably put Miller at 2/3. I think it depends on if he needs to sit for a year or not though.
Have been searching without success the ncaa "exception" rules for 2nd time transfers NOT having to sit out one year. All I can find is "COVID possible exemption", whatever THAT means. This affects Adam Miller - to whom I would say Sayonara, pal - and also affects Omar Payne's possible decision of transferring out.Are you asking the board or the staff? Yes, Edey might leave as well even though he's more of a second round projection. Speaking of Purdue - we had a disappointing ending to the year for sure, but think about Purdue, they had the best team in the Big Ten going into the year, was the top seeded Big Ten team in the tourny, but did not win the Big Ten regular season, didn't win the BTT and lost in the sweet 16, so basically nothing to show for having your best team since Glenn Robinson and next year, they will not be goodHaving updated my brain on the newer realities of the money involved with being a second round pick in the nba draft, it becomes clear that some underclassmen will declare for the nba even if being a first round pick is extremely unlikely. That being said, the B1G next year could be extremely different from this past season due to a loss of talent to the nba. Below are the expected (by most) 1st or 2nd round picks from the B1G (vast majority of whom are underclassmen):
Jaden Ivey - Purdue
Trevion Williams (sr) - Purdue
Johnny Davis - Wisconsin
Keegan Murray - Iowa
Malakai Branham - tOSU
EJ Liddell - tOSU
Trayce Jackson Davis - Indiana
Bryce McGowens - Nebraska
Max Christie - MSU
Gabe Brown (sr) - MSU
Ron Harper Jr (sr) - Rutgers
Caleb Houston - Michigan
@stuemke5 you out there? hearing anything?
You pretty much got it. But make TSJ and Murray 1a and 1b. Don’t think you get bothSo what is the rank of our transfer wishlist here:

Assuming Edey leaves, and they don't make significant additions via portal.Yes, Edey might leave as well even though he's more of a second round projection. Where is Edey going?Assuming Edey leaves, and they don't make significant additions via portal.
I did see that the kid who won the national 3 point contest is headed there. They also have yet another kid coming in who is over 7'. (Don't they always?)
Staff actually likes Murray better. TSJ is more attainable though.Shannon
Murray
Miller
Williams
Yep - my kids both went to Purdue and are not happy. They have some good recruits and some redshirts, but are losing a ton.Yes, Edey might leave as well even though he's more of a second round projection. Part of that is Painters doing….Yep - my kids both went to Purdue and are not happy. They have some good recruits and some redshirts, but are losing a ton.
Potentially NBA. Tacko Fall is still on a roster...Where is Edey going?
He reminds of the kid from Super Trooper lolcoincidentally my name is Tom lol.
Iowa's Joe Toussaint comes as little surprise to be in the transfer portal. He is not as "tall and long" or as gifted as Belo, but he is stronger and tougher. Quicker and faster too, and he is a capable assist man. He was clearly instrumental in effectively harassing PU's big men into TO's and Iowa winning the B1GT. Rightly or wrongly, he too had the "Good Joe, Bad Joe" label at a going rate of 50 percent on Iowa boards because of being perceived as out of control leading to TO's. Expect he will transfer out of the B1G and find success.Agreed, Miller is 3 for me on that list.
Top transfers from Evanmiya.com. Hard to believe Belo is above Murray.
