The makeup of the roster is farrrrr from a finished product. Additions and subtractions forthcoming. We’re going to like how we look come November, I guarantee it 👍

We should get an extra compensatory roster spot.

And let's not sleep on the fact that, as long as he makes a roster, we can sell his success hard to future bigs we recruit.
I don't know, e.g., current Malcolm Hill, serves as a great success story for recruitment. I do not expect Kofi doing much beyond Malcolm has been doing in the league unless he transforms himself.

I will say this. I'm looking forward to a different offensive style. Kofi was a beast, but too many times our offense was four guys standing around and watching him get triple teamed.

I'm not sure about CH at the 5, but if we can add a little more quickness and movement at that spot it's probably going to help the offense not be so stagnant.

I'm not sure how your take could possibly be "having a big that became a 2 time all-American, gets paid to play in the NBA, and made a whole bunch of NIL money along the way doesn't sell."

But here we are.

We will be fine and I'm intrigued to see what names pop up now that he is gone. Trust the staff has been planning for this and will fill this roster with complimentary players...

No TSJ…..No Kofi…..not the off-season we all dreamed of, but still not finished I guess.

I really doubt Underwood is selling recruits on Malcolm Hill who he never coached. I'm sure recruits hear about what guys we have in the league, but not sure why people think coaches sell recruits on guys they never coached.

I'm imagining we'll be closer to what the offense (and maybe defense) looked like with BU first came but with top tier talent, more athleticism and better shooting.

at least from the outside, following Kofi's announcement, we would seem to be an ideal spot for a top big on the transfer market. any non-illimi diehard is going to assume a lot of minutes just opened up at the 5

Dain will absorb some of that. We will be fine.

I would believe a few more names might drop in the portal once they saw Kofi is leaving. We will have a lot of options to chose from. The timing of the Jones entering the portal is curious.

Yes....and no. I see your "any pizza is breakfast pizza"....and raise you Casey's breakfast pizza.

Thank me later.

As far as breakfast pizzas go, Caseys is pretty pretty good.
But the Godfathers personal pan breakfast pizza at the airport when you're hung over and it's a 6am flight - that's spectacular.
Also, did AceWolf make a decision yet or did I just miss it?
