You have obviously never been within 500 miles of a dominant eruptThere might be group think, and it may be hilarious, but it's hardly dangerous. We're talking about basketball, not thermonuclear war. Settle down.

Do you have any insight to who the staff pursues more between him and Nance? Nance's offensive skillset is better, but Mayer's defensive versatility is pretty, pretty good. Plus, he has a championship background and has seen firsthand what it takes to win in March.Yes, Staff has an in there...they knew he was entering long before he actually did.
Where do you think the hubbub about Goode not being a 2 started?Yup nobody here has put out projected starting 5 for next years team yet
IDKWTI (thanks to Dan)putting in my crystal ball for @WingedWarriors being a Mizzou grad...
They like Mayer's versatility a lot. Better shot at getting Nance though imo.Do you have any insight to who the staff pursues more between him and Nance? Starters for our 1st exhibition game if a bunch of guys miss curfew LOLOption E:
Ty
Harris
Luke
Servren

Question more generally about transferring: With the 1 free transfer rule taking effect, do players still get a free transfer if they have graduated as well?
By way of example: Jimmy's freshman year is at school 1. Transfers after to school 2. This is his free transfer, no sit out year. He plays 2 and redshirts one (let's say an injury). He graduates and wants to transfer. Is he eligible to play immediately as a grad transfer? Or is his one free transfer done and the grad transfer rule is now irrelevant? Thanks!
The NUrds meltdown puts Nance over the top, between the two, for meThey like Mayer's versatility a lot. Better shot at getting Nance though imo.
I know it would never happen at the college level. But when I coached summer baseball and I could feel the kids weren’t all into it. Long weekend or midweek game. I’d throw all the kids name into a hat and pull random positions along with batting order. Really fired the whole team up. Just saying if we were killing a team in an exhibition I’d love to see Coleman/dain run the point and Epps posting dudes up. Or harris going for rebounds.Starters for our 1st exhibition game if a bunch of guys miss curfew LOL
Yep and its refreshing our head coach is the definition of an Alpha (haven't had that in quite some time with our bball program) Ditto on our pretty awesome assistant coaches. I really like this staff and am confident that Coach Underwood & co will take us far. It's nice that Illinois basketball has finally reached the level of recruiting that we are having conversations about how we can get enough tick for talented players as opposed to figuring out how we can have serviceable players to give starters a rest, deal with injuries or have solid backups to players who get into foul trouble.
Wow. I am glad we have this great staff!Yes, Staff has an in there...they knew he was entering long before he actually did.
So are you suggesting that the only person we are after that could end up here that is a capable 5 is Nance other than Dain? I hope not. I hope we are considering others as well.Option A:Skyy, RJ, TSJ,Hawkins, Dain
Option B:Skyy, RJ, TSJ, Hawkins, Nance
Option C:Skyy,RJ, TSJ, Mayer, Dain
Option D:Skyy,RJ, TSJ, Nance, Dain
This is a WOPR of a post.

They are comfortable playing Dain, Nance, and Coleman at the 5So are you suggesting that the only person we are after that could end up here that is a capable 5 is Nance other than Dain? I hope not. I hope we are considering others as well.
Just by the stats Nance looks better in every way, he's taller:The NUrds meltdown puts Nance over the top, between the two, for me
(insert joke about 0440 being Tyler here)I’ll let Brad know you disagree with him
You have obviously never been within 500 miles of a dominant erupt
Dain must have shown them a lot more in practice than Omar did inspire of the rave reviews of Omar heading into last season. That's what us concerning about Dain to me us that we haven't seen it and we heard awesome comments before about Omar that just didn't actually happen in games. I am concerned because only Dain is strong enough to deal with some of the B10s 5s. Hawk and Nance can't match up vs some of those big guys. That's why BBV was in there against them and not HawkinsThey are comfortable playing Dain, Nance, and Coleman at the 5
Starting lineup for 2022-23 season
Skyy
RJ
Luke
TSJr
Coleman
Those who disagree, you are entitled to your opinions. Have heard nobody willing to put out a starting five, however, and that speaks volumes.
I watched BBV hit 3 threes in an exhibition game…. I don’t think we need to be hardos all season lolThis isn't little league man
