That is a price you pay to be successful but we will have our pick of many talented coaches. Remember, we thought losing OA and Chin was going to hurt the BB program, well, I believe we improved the staff. Winning creates a positive culture and Bret will find a solid DC if Walters leaves.Unfortunately, the more this happens, we will lose Walters
I had to Google him to see why he's relevant to Wisconsin. Found out his birthday is tomorrow.
Lol! Ben's meltdown!
DeVito/Lunney are a huge difference this year. A capable offense keeps the defense off the field and fresh for the whole game.It definitely helps to have a capable QB.
Lunney ate Leonhard's lunch in front of him and then made him pay for it.We drank their milkshake!
media: lot of articles about Wiscy, but not nearly enough ink spent on giving our team appropriate credit.
Now that’s what I call a dominant erupt.View attachment 20268
Dominant
On top of this…Just heard that BIG Network wanted to do a special re coach Bielema's return to Madison. He turned them down.
All about the team and program.
We have a cool coach.
Pru I thoroughly enjoy your witty banter!!View attachment 20263
I try to bring hope and humor to the masses.....It's the least I can do as I feel so fortunate that the Ancients showed enough faith in me to share what is coming in the future .............
We all will be amazed at the things that will cum to pass in the not so distant future ........We really really will.........................................

Thank God we have Robert.
Lol! Ben's meltdown!
And for the fact that our former athletes make a point of not showing their a$$es on the internetThank God we have Robert.
From The Stands - Wisconsin 2022
This will not be the From The Stands you're expecting. But that's a very, very good thing. I didn't record until around 45 minutes after the game (because I didn't want to miss this press conference). I just realized I'm doing that thing where I tell you about the FTS before you listen to the...illiniboard.com
Yep. great post(especially the part about our bball program losing OA & Chin to Kentucky. tbh good riddance) and Illini fans need to be not scared of success. Coach Underwood has shown how well he has adapted to the fast paced changes going on.That is a price you pay to be successful but we will have our pick of many talented coaches. I agree wholeheartedly with this post but I do have one nit to pick. It's one of those things that you know bothers you way more than it should, but you just can't seem to shake it. I'm referring to the acronym for Iowa. The way I heard it years ago, and what I think rolls better is Idiots Out Walking About. Thanks for letting me rant.Yep. great post(especially the part about our bball program losing OA & Chin to Kentucky. tbh good riddance) and Illini fans need to be not scared of success. I can completely understand the pessimistic mentality but if/when Walters becomes a head coach (and he will too because he's flat out fantastic) I trust Coach Bielema & Mr Whitman to have a plan in place (heck, our LB coach isn't too shabby ).
I was born in the 80s and I will honestly say for the 1st time I'm confident in where this football is headed and am going to root like hell for them in the process.
Bring on the Idiots Outside Walking Around. GO ILLINI!
This was my first trip to Camp Randall for a game. No Illini fans within 10 rows of me. I was completely surrounded! My best friend (UI undergrad, UW grad) has gone all Badger (still cheers for Illini, when not playing Bucky). He asked politely with about 6 minutes to go, if we could leave and he could buy me a beer. The UW fans were completely distraught, until they started drinking again. I almost (but not quite) felt guilty for the beating. And yes, the refs were exceedingly fair in the first half. Not what you expect on the road in the B1G. Overall, one of the most satisfying football games I have ever attended.
ps- Bucky fans were polite, even congratulated me on the victory.
I’m glad they were nice to you. When our crew of ten dressed in our Orange and Blue went to the game in Madison about 15 years ago, Badger fans were horrible to us. One guy even yelled out our group from across the street, “A$$h#@%s, A$$h#@%s” before the game. No one was nice to us.This was my first trip to Camp Randall for a game.
