Last years team took on the identity of Trent and Damonte.

The year prior, Ayo.

This team has taken on the identity of Coleman Hawkins. And that is the problem.

I was just trying to rationalize what it would look like if any player tried to be a team leader and get up in someone's jock.

Hawkins - No, he couldn't even raise his voice when stubbing a toe.

Mayer - they don't respect anyone that throws coaches and players under the bus in a presser

Dainja - no

TSJ - probably a good trash talker but not a leader when things are going bad. Maybe ok when things are going well.

Clark - no distinctive leadership qualities, doesn't even call out screens.

RJ - LOL. I had so much hope for RJ

Epps - another year, maybe

Sencire - down the road, maybe

Luke - There it is. Will dive on any ball, lead by example, and show others what it takes!
