Hansberry is already physically impressive. Imagine what he'll be like after a year in the program and with Fletch.
Thank you again for posting this stuff. Being from Central Illinois and having worked as a teen at Paul’s Confectionary in Decatur, I enjoy the food talk, but this is the food I really come here for.

Contact your congressman/womanHonestly, we need a bunch of statutes across campus for Fletch. And, one at the airport.
No limitations to those statutes.Honestly, we need a bunch of statutes across campus for Fletch. And, one at the airport.
I think Ty was a decent PG last year as a ball handler and passer. And Ty I also like but he's not even close to PG.
I'm not trying to dig at you. You said "If no Tyga, who backs up RayJ?". That was your entire post. That came off that you thought we would getting both of those guys and one of them would be the backup PG. And now that Tyger's not coming we have to figure out the backup spot. If so that would explain why you are very concerned about our backup PG spot...you have a wild imagination of what type of player would come to take that position. We are not getting anyone close to that caliber to be a backup. The guys we have on our roster to do it definitely have flaws...but that just means they are built for a backup role. We’ve established Tyga isn’t coming now (see my post earlier) RayJ would have been the second option to him. Now that RayJ is the main option, the question was who was going to back him up at PG.
People on here spend way too much time trying to dig at other posters.

Nurse, I'm hyperventilating. I need a paper bag.it's all ball bearings, nowadays
We don’t have a starting PG yet and you’re worried about the back-up? I would just relax, enjoy the off-season and you’ll find out who the backup is in the first couple of games. Then you’ll actually know if you need to worry. My concern is we dont truly have a backup PG and I think it caused alot of issues last year. Its not ideal having either Ty or TSJ as backup options IMO. BU and the staff I'm sure have a game plan, but I dont think its out of bounds to have concerns about our PG situation.
Last year per game we ranked 127th in the nation in TOVs and 237th in assists. If we are relying on TY and TSJ to be the backups (they are studs, but not PGs) we could have a rocky year.
I don’t know that we needed to establish that Tyga isn’t coming. He’s a 33 year old rapper, who I doubt needs NIL money. We’ve established Tyga isn’t coming now (see my post earlier) RayJ would have been the second option to him. Ty is going to be a Swiss Army knife, multiple positions this coming year.Harmon / Rodgers / DGL
It’s an unfortunate username but your comment is correct. Underwood has a lot of different ways he can utilize Mr. Rodgers. I am excited to see his progression this off-season. He may be the most versatile player we have.Ty is going to be a Swiss Army knife, multiple positions this coming year.
I enjoy the stats, and hearing what others think the staff is going to do. Was more looking for what am I missing, cause it doesn’t seem good.We don’t have a starting PG yet and you’re worried about the back-up? Let’s start with your expectations. What do you want to see out of the 2023-2024 squad?I enjoy the stats, and hearing what others think the staff is going to do. Was more looking for what am I missing, cause it doesn’t seem good.
- top 20 in defensive and offensive efficiency. Defense isn’t going to be as hard as the uphill climb we have with the offense.Let’s start with your expectations. What do you want to see out of the 2023-2024 squad?
Have we ever done that?- top 20 in defensive and offensive efficiency. Defense isn’t going to be as hard as the uphill climb we have with the offense.
Nothing short of a national championship. But that’s my goal every year.Let’s start with your expectations. What do you want to see out of the 2023-2024 squad?
In 2021 we were 8th in offense and 7th in defenseHave we ever done that?
This is probably going to sound crazy but I kinda hope Coleman does leave. I want Shannon back but I dont care about Coleman.Wouldn’t surprise me if Coleman plays well or shows enough of his tools to scouts to the point where he’d stay in the draft. I think he’d look even better surrounded by NBA players to play off of.
He’s already got a great defensive IQ and versatility. On offense he wouldn’t have to run point but he could show his skills as a secondary playmaker and these guys would finish his passes better. If he steps out and hits some threes and does some decent post moves he’s probably good enough to go. Teams just need to see the skills even if he’s still raw because they probably trust their player development enough anyway.
So with Hansberry being an obvious one and done due to heading to the NBA do we have our eye on any other incoming freshmen to replace him? I’m nervous the staff doesn’t know about this. /s
Hansberry projected to be picked between Skyy and and Melendez. Podz is a mid major talent and should get 15-20 minutes at Santa Clara. So with Hansberry being an obvious one and done due to heading to the NBA do we have our eye on any other incoming freshmen to replace him?
