Win the big ten tourney championship (and big ten regular season but I'll leave that alone) as a freshman
Win a share of the the big ten as a sophomore
Win the big ten outright his senior year
Get drafted in the NBA

It's a pretty damn impressive individual resume, which says alot about his skillset. He was the glue last year as a junior on maybe the weirdest team of our lifetimes.
