So are you telling me everything on this forum is a rumor? I'm guessing Indy, Louisville, Headband and illini0440 would probably disagree about that. Pretty sure most of what they say is not a "rumor."
1. I was defending them because another poster was saying he’s not going to believe anything they say b/c some things they’d shared didn’t happen.

2. I love having the insiders here and can’t stand people that get on here and give them crap.

3. Yes, the definition of rumor is “a currently circulating story or report of uncertain or doubtful truth.” This is a recruiting thread and that is 100% what most recruiting “news” related to where an 18-23 yr old kid is going to go is.

Right now, yep. It's super quiet, and until someone reputable out there gives a concrete example, it's all just rumor.
Why are you on here if you’re not looking to learn about some rumors?

No inside information. Just wanted to squeeze this in.

We old guys have to accept that recruiting has drastically changed, at least for the time being, due to the combination of Covid years, immediately eligible grad transfers, one time penalty free undergrad transfers, and NIL money.

In the past, rosters were built with high school recruits, supplemented by an occasional transfer. Now, they're pretty much built with immediately eligible transfers, supplemented by an occasional high school recruit.

It should balance out a little, once the end of Covid years reduces the supply of grad transfers, along with the NCAA cracking down on waivers for 2nd time transfers.

The insiders are why people keep coming back for more.

I’d like to apologize for my geography mishap earlier.

“I made a comment earlier today that I am deeply sorry for.. I pride myself on thinking of myself as a man of faith. And there’s a drive deep into left field by Castellanos it’ll be a home run, and so that’ll make it a 4-0 ball game. …. I can’t begin to tell you how sorry I am”
