I've got to believe there is zero chance that is the reason. High level teams don't view things that way.

Yes they do.

Jeremy and MSU expect him to have the ball in his hands for the 3 year after this one for 30 minutes per game.
Jeremiah is going to go to a team where he can in his mind, have the ball in his hands for 30 minutes per game.

It doesn't work

Exactly, and they're 2 years apart with the older one being a McDonald's All American and borderline 5-star who probably doesn't see himself staying more than 2 years.
Dumb And Dumber Lol GIF

Fear1 is drafted after 2 years???

It may have already been said and I missed it, but "Jase, Jason, Jeremiah and Johnson" has a nice ring to it.

Hopefully it'll become a Championship Ring.

So you believe that elite teams and coaches target lesser guys to specifically be backups? No way. The blue bloods and borderline blue bloods all reel in talent and high ranked, talented dudes sit the bench behind other high ranked dudes. You get the best players you can and figure it out later.

Is there a particular reason why MSU isn't too involved with the younger Fears when they have Jeremy?

They have already taken two guards who are better than Fears in the 2024 class ... Plus Tre Holloman and Jeremy ...

Assuming Jeremy stays at MSU ... That would make Jeremiah the 5th best guard on the team ...

That situation would not work out well for either side ...

Thank you, nuance is completely lost on message boards

Hard to say... Neither has ever played a college game. Our staff certainly seems more enamored with Jeremiah than they were with Jeremy at same stage in their careers, but that's just, like, their opinion, man.
Legit question. Are either of the two Fears kids a knockdown shooter behind the arc? From what I have read over the past year, that is not the case I don't know but someone mjust.
