Tenn. obviously did their homework on the scout and Barnes has them executing every facet of a perfect game plan. Illini can match them, especially on a neutral court, but there are still a bunch of concepts that need to be learned. It appears the Vols have learned from their failures and paid attention....and they will be rewarded with a win. Let's hope the Illini can do the same and be rewarded in March and April.

7 minutes left and only 6 assists. And you’ll still be saying not having a point guard doesn’t matter.
Those numbers can't be attributed to one position or to one guy. The ball stopped moving and settling for contested threes happened again. We took 20 in the first half. There was no real effort to get the ball into the paint for easy buckets. Have to credit UT for a bunch of that.

Not really too upset about this one. The FAU and Rutgers wins were nice.

Let's see what we can learn from this moving forward. That's why you schedule and play these types of games. I think we'll be alright.

DGL can't be a worse defensive player than Harmon.
The advanced stats are showing that Harmon has been our worst defender this year. Eye test has him and DGL as our worst two on that end of the floor. Justin has done much better the past couple games especially on the offensive end, but his defense really has left a lot to be desired this season
