Coleman… you want a flop on that? You likely would get a roughing the passer in football for that play…
I'm not sure that's saying all that much. Everything is roughing the passer.

Very disappointing to not be closer after playing an Edeyless 10 minutes.

Coleman complaining at the half to the ref summed it up for me... I'm gone guys, good luck smh utter dissapointment, if we come back to win I'll eat crow but the way we match up... no way... I-L-L

Not unexpected....but I did anticipate that the floor had been raised. I was wrong.
Nothing surprising though with Purdue ready for the challenge to their home floor.
If Boilers go 5 for 32 from the floor in the second half...this will be a barn-burner. Not sure any team ever did that though. I am taking bets they don't. Would like to see DGL and DD play at a higher level against this type of competition in order to feel better about the future.

Their point guard is eating us alive. Just like the kid from Marquette.

How the heck did the Nerds beat these guys?
Northwestern may not have stars on their team but they do always have 5 guys on offense. With respect, when Ty is out there, we do not. I love what the kid brings to the team but we play 4 vrs 5 in a half court set on every play and in the Big 10, that is 90% of your sets.

Just what Purdue needed, a free 3 points as time was expiring after Cohawk fouled their off balance shooter jacking up a wild shot with no chance of going in. Sums up our BB IQ on too many boneheaded plays this half. Purdue is the better team, but we are good enough to play them closer when we are dialed in.

Issue is Brad rarely gets his team dialed in for big games.

Meh, they don't have a Center that "plays offense". Ty produces something like a NW center, from an offense perspective.

It's not like I expected a win on the road against the number 1 team in the country without our all American. But what? I never thought Purdue would out tough us. We came out shell shocked and never recovered.

Anyway, Brad's a good second half coach so I think we can save face and get this to single digits.
