Cats playing a real solid game despite only 4 FT attempts. They've only turned it over 3 times compared to 13 for Sparty. They've scored 21 points off those turnovers.

They will be pissed/desperate, but not sure there will be a more pissed and motivated team than Illinois the rest of the season
Is that because now you don't think TSJ is going to be back or am I reading too much into that?

Watched a little of UM vs PSU today. Can’t help but wonder how Juwan “Moe” Howard keeps his job. I know UM fans will tolerate some less than admireable behavior, ie. Harbaugh, but not losing too ie. Gary Moeller.

And Michigan State goes down to Northwestern.

I hope we launch the Spartans into the sun on Thursday.
It will be tough. I don't think we'll catch them with their pants down like Northwestern did today. They'll come in ready to play. I'm fairly confident that we will too though.

Updated B1G EMs after today's slate:

- Offense is still crazy efficient (or defense is terrible, pick one)
- Northwestern has now played Purdue, Illinois and Michigan State and aren't last. They are probably good.
- Michigan State dug a huge hole in December and it's going to take more than 2 games to dig out of it. Still, hope they lose again Thursday. They have a lot of catching up to do, though, to finish top 4 in the conference.
- Minnesota is 3-1! The gap between #3 Purdue and #4 Minnesota is as large as the gap between #4 Minnesota and #12 PSU.
- Nobody in the conference is just straight up awful. However, Rutgers and Maryland are amazingly bad at offense.

If we beat MSU on Thursday, they’re gonna have a really tough time finishing top 4 in conference after a 1-4 start.
