It is extremely common for federal judges to read the written submissions, hear oral argument, and then “take those under advisement” before issuing a written opinion days or weeks later (I would expect days in this situation given the urgency).
I am sure that all of the IAALs on here would be FAR more interested in hearing about any questions that the judge posed to the lawyers, or any comments she made, during the 90 minutes of oral argument — those often provide some insight on the way a judge is thinking about the issue.
