. . . and it give BU more options with Ty. If Ty is struggling at PG, then Nico can fill in. Ty is versatile, so he may be playing all positions at one point--especially if BU goes small.
Ty also seems to always have a little foul trouble with his aggressive style. Feels like every game he’s got 2 by the end of the first half. At some point we’ll be in one of those big ten ref games that 3-4 guys foul out by the end.

So far, I think the officiating has been fine, since we haven't experienced that "3-4 guys foul out . ." type of game, yet.

I also notice that this team is smart, and they don't give up many "And one" type plays. Let's hope it continues.

Good to hear Coleman knows Maryland and could possibly be a coach on the court. Need that experience and leadership.
Now, if we could get Mr. Hawkins from being a Referee/ drama actor during the game it would be awesome! 😆 🤣
At some point he is going to get T"d up and hopefully it doesn't cost the team a W.

Except BU has specifically stated on multiple occassions that playing Ty all over the place last season was a mistake on his part.

Agree and also wonder if we will see Ty's shooting range expand in light of his newfound free-throw chops!

I just got word that game isn't on Big Ten Network...its going to be on Peacock! Who's responsible for that? Fire him!!
My DVR guide doesn't show the game on BTN but I'm hoping that's an error. I'm recording The Big Show in hopes

I'm going with who Coach says the point guard is (Ty, obviously). Yes, others, including Domask, play that role sometimes. But the point is that what we are doing is WORKING and we should stop wringing our hands over having a "true PG", whatever that is.
No matter how you want to color it we do not have a point gaurd in our starting line up. No one will convince me otherwise. We do have someone playing in the point gaurd position that is doing pretty well at keeping it from becoming too much of an issue with the help of others. Almost every time we play either the announcers or the desk guys will mention how we don't have a point gaurd but seem to be making it work for us.
