Lol...I had similar thoughts. Appears to me they are playing in lead shoes and shooting a lead ball.
And Chucky, who did not miss a fadeaway in the lane against the Illini, just now threw up the same shot from just beyond his sweet spot...and it was an air ball. Wisky does not appear to have any confidence or focus....sadly a recipe for an embarrassing loss in the NCAA tournament.

I thought the same thing. I’m not taking anything away from their showing thusfar either. But 31-3 is bananas. They wouldn’t get close to that that if they had our schedule; for example. That thing is Cupcake City. (Very Gonzaga-like.)

JMU is disrupting everything the Badgers try. Good basketball
If I typed, "AI, generate me an image of a prototypical Wisconsin basketball player" it would return an image of Crowl and/or Wahl.
I don't see a JMU team that is exceptional... they are quite competent as one would expect...but I am seeing a Wisky team that is playing poorly in every aspect of the game and seemed disinterested from the opening tip. Their level of play is unrecognizable from what we saw last Sunday. Unexplainable....and for me that is saying a lot.

I've come around to thinking this. The night he tried to do that to Trent, I would have been okay with Curbelo really letting him know what's what. He's seemed to put it together since then.
