It wasn’t that unreasonable in 2005Ill I would argue it's always unreasonable to expect a national title.

Myles Rice to Indiana….. you’ve gotta be sh**ing me. Now Indiana and Purdue have the best PGs in the conference. Great. Just great.
This is the University of Illinois ... We compete for Big Ten and National Championships ... Year in and year out ...
Anything else is unacceptable ...
But that's not near as funny my joke would have beenOur insiders have insisted that Storr wants to be an illini but his mom is very hands on and a bit cuckoo. Even back when we first recruited him this was the case.
Some of you are just so scarred from Weber and Groce still I really think a Natty is the only thing that can cure this mindset.wait until Booth goes somewhere else and we've tarnished are relationship with Amani and he leaves anyways... then we are left with our pants hanging around our ankles.

Correct... Didn't really become an expectation until after the Wake gameTurns out it was, because we didn't win one.
And no rational person expected one before that season started.
Boswell is good but he’s not even on the same level as a guy like B Smith or Rice. I have him as about the same level as Tony Perkins last year but slightly worse on the offensive side

In an era where you can build a team from a 1,000 plus free agents a down year is unacceptableIt’s alright to have a down year every once in a while
AAhh....but after several bourbons the new math begins to make some senseThis new math confuses me. But then after a few burbons I quit counting.

His "tools" to use a baseball term jump immediately off the screen. It's obvious why he was such a ballyhooed recruit.I’ve been watching some Tre White video and I think he may end up being the sleeper of this portal class. He’s really talented and better defensively than he’s getting credit for. Get him here with our development and he may be this years Domask. I could be totally crazy and you can pull receipts on me if I’m wrong.
I’m just encouraged by his ability.
Lets see...about 80% for about 50% less....I'm thinking you're about 70% correct!....lol
We got him signedHope we get him. Another Fears for opponents to fear from the Fears family flood of Fears to the fearfully formidable FamILLy
He is still selling Indiana basketball, and they are also very well funded. How does Woodson do it? IU was a dumpster fire for most of the year.
My IU buddy who is pretty plugged in with their program said Galloway got $500k…. So that’s your answer. Their NIL is no joke and seems like Mark Cuban was tired of watching them lose and has stepped up of late. How does Woodson do it? IU was a dumpster fire for most of the year.
Seriously? They reportedly are the one team with the higher NLI than us in the Big Ten. WHow does Woodson do it? IU was a dumpster fire for most of the year.

You don't think that every program in America is having to navigate these new waters. Kansas had seven players transfer out last year and had a depth problem.wait until Booth goes somewhere else and we've tarnished are relationship with Amani and he leaves anyways... then we are left with our pants hanging around our ankles.
