Myles Rice to Indiana….. you’ve gotta be sh**ing me. Now Indiana and Purdue have the best PGs in the conference. Great. Just great.
Myles Rice and Kylan Boswell are both really good and I am excited to see them do battle.Boswell is good but he’s not even on the same level as a guy like B Smith or Rice. I have him as about the same level as Tony Perkins last year but slightly worse on the offensive side
Been boozin a lil too hard today have ya?Boswell is good but he’s not even on the same level as a guy like B Smith or Rice. I have him as about the same level as Tony Perkins last year but slightly worse on the offensive side
I’d want to flee KU too after I found out Hunter Dickinson was on his way to Lawrence.Kansas had seven players transfer out last year and had a depth problem.
He is still selling Indiana basketball, and they are also very well funded.
Way better is definitely excessive, but he is higher on 247 and was a much bigger cog in the engine of WSU than Boswell was at Arizona.Myles rice shot 27percent for 3 and 43 percent overall. His assist to turnover was not good. Why would anyone would think he is way better than Boswell?
According to who?About 40% of the top 25 transfers have already committed to schools. We have huge shoes to fill. Now it seems Storr and Maddox are gone.
Should we be concerned? Everyone was saying about how we're going to kill it in the transfer portal and so far our only two commitments are 104 and 237...
At first, I thought you were asking how Woodson manages to hold onto his job... then I thought you were asking how he is able to produce such mediocre results with some decent talent on the team... but now I realize you were asking about recruiting. How does Woodson do it? IU was a dumpster fire for most of the year.
If we land Boswell and Booth and can hang onto what we have (is Hansberry leaving a foregone conclusion?) and STILL be sitting on Storr type money that we can go get one more piece with, we're looking pretty darned good.About 40% of the top 25 transfers have already committed to schools. Should we be concerned? Insiders were taking about how we're going to kill it in the transfer portal and so far our only two commitments are 104 and 237...
I'd consider this board more of a tabloid. A grain of truth here and there surrounded by lots of hype and speculation. Are you including message boards in your definition of media?
Child please. Rice shoots 27% from 3 and averaged like 3.4 assists to 2.6 TOs or something like that. I love his story and think he’s a good player. I think Boswell will be just as good. Have to think Rice is like 21-22 and Boswell is like 18-19Boswell is good but he’s not even on the same level as a guy like B Smith or Rice. I have him as about the same level as Tony Perkins last year but slightly worse on the offensive side
Losing TSJ, Domask, Coleman, Dain, HansberryIf we land Boswell and Booth and can hang onto what we have (is Hansberry leaving a foregone conclusion?) and STILL be sitting on Storr type money that we can go get one more piece with, we're looking pretty darned good.
Boswell, Tre White and Morez Johnson are a heck of an injection of just raw talent, no slight on Booth either.
It's just going to be a totally different team, with totally different strengths and weaknesses. I already wonder how much Brad is going to enjoy coaching this perhaps more, ahem, enigmatic bunch, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
just wait on itBoswell is good but he’s not even on the same level as a guy like B Smith or Rice. I have him as about the same level as Tony Perkins last year but slightly worse on the offensive side
You need one more in the Storr role (again, you've gotta think about this in budgetary terms, our biggest salary cap slot so to speak is not accounted for), and losing Hansberry would suck and raise the specter of being too small.Losing TSJ, Domask, Coleman, Dain, Hansberry
Gaining Boswell, Booth, Tre, Davis
Hate to say it but that's a bottom half Big Ten team unless Brad works some serious magic(which is possible)
This is the worst take.Boswell is good but he’s not even on the same level as a guy like B Smith or Rice. I have him as about the same level as Tony Perkins last year but slightly worse on the offensive side
You think we are going to lose 5 and only add 4?Losing TSJ, Domask, Coleman, Dain, Hansberry
Gaining Boswell, Booth, Tre, Davis
Hate to say it but that's a bottom half Big Ten team unless Brad works some serious magic(which is possible)
Gaining Rez also....but I'm not seeing a lot of scoring, I would guess more the 4 to 8 position....but I also trust Brad so we shall see when all said and done.Losing TSJ, Domask, Coleman, Dain, Hansberry
Gaining Boswell, Booth, Tre, Davis
Hate to say it but that's a bottom half Big Ten team unless Brad works some serious magic(which is possible)
You’re missing (at least) two HIGH impact transfers in from your list.Losing TSJ, Domask, Coleman, Dain, Hansberry
Gaining Boswell, Booth, Tre, Davis
Hate to say it but that's a bottom half Big Ten team unless Brad works some serious magic(which is possible)
We are not. Diversifying the portfolio rn so to speak.Since when are we out on Storr?
Just kinda reading the tea leaves and maybe this is my Weber, Groce era PTSD flaring up.Since when are we out on Storr?
Bottom half Big Ten compared to who?Losing TSJ, Domask, Coleman, Dain, Hansberry
Gaining Boswell, Booth, Tre, Davis
