yes. There's no point in taking any high school kid that isn't a top 30 guy or a project. All the ones in between transfer. So you take no brainers and projects from high school, and fill out most of your roster through the transfer portal.

I hate it, but it's what college basketball is if you're smart.
I don't hate it. It feels like an attempt at old school development

I think Coleman is the lone example of a non-star <top 100 guy that Brad brought along. Hopefully the big game hunting turns out well, because the dudes thsi year have felt very complimentary to date...

Dietrich Richardson (DJ's nephew) to Bradley, seems like a good fit.

I think this is the right fit. From what I saw of him, he was not P6 material.

Given the current state of college basketball, players like Dietrich are MUCH better off going to a lower level of competition so they can get on the floor. Perform well and those big schools will come looking for you in the offseason.

tell me why we should be excited by Lincoln Williams (know little about his game)

I wonder if it'll develop into a situation where schools like Bradley become kind of unofficial "feeder" schools for particular programs. Like maybe if Brad really likes someone who isn't going to see the floor for a couple seasons maybe instead of taking a roster spot as a project they get NIL from our boosters to go to Bradley where we can keep close eye on their development and maintain the relationship.

Athletically …

He reminds me a little bit of TJ in HS …
Seen Lincoln Williams play a couple of games last winter and he has plenty of athleticism to work with. He was very unselfish player. To be honest he probably should have looked for his own shot a little more. At least during the games that I watched

Or Illinois St, and/or SIU. Both landed some intriguing verbals this summer.
