No idea what happened to the miz fan, but the atmosphere was awesome. That game is right up there as one of the best games to attend as a fan. Basically two home teams crammed in one arena. Always helps when one or more of the teams is playing well (unlike those mid-2010s games).
Absolutely hilarious call on DWS postgame. Caller proposes ending Bragging Rights bc “only people who live south of Green St care and it takes a lot out of team.” OK…Then proceeds to torch LaTulip for his criticism of Humrichous. Calls LaTulip something along the lines of a guy who only played 2 minutes a game and had to transfer to a school that doesn’t exist any longer. Scenes off court , on court and on air today…
Or he's coaching a young and extremely inexperienced bunch and isn't going to go into clipboard throwing mode? Two years ago, when we had Epps, Clark, etc....some of our fandom said he was too tough. To fiery. Now, he's not tough enough?

As a rule I don't listen to the TV but I did today because I tuned in late and didn't want to take the time to sync up Barnhart & crew with the TV broadcast. Is it just me and my uber homer disposition or did the color guy (whoever he was) come off a bit less than even handed in his treatment of The Beloved? I can be persuaded so if I'm off base on this I'd like to hear the other side.

These kids are looking quite capable in the early going of the season. If they progress as we should expect through a BIG season they could still be playing the second weekend of the NCAA Tournament.

For kicks, I looked at the Enterprise Center events schedule. Unless I've done a bad job of filtering events (entirely possible), looks like there are no events until 12/27. So there doesn't appear to be any conflict unless the arena is booked for some sort of private event. It seems like this was dictated by TV. Since Missouri was the home team, ESPN got the game given they are the SEC's b***h, I mean TV partner.
