Nothing infuriates me more than watching players frantically scramble instead of setting a proper screen and coming off it. Just a lack of discipline IMO
Yes, it was sarcasm. Original poster labeled Dana’s comments as throwing his whole team under the bus. He’s just using the press conference the way countless other HCs do, including as you point out our own BU.

I just don't know what you are seeing in Riley that makes you think he needs 20 more minutes a game. He's hesitant to shoot three pointers and his drives to the hoop are adventurous at best. To his credit, he's pretty decent at putbacks off rebounds. His shooting confidence is gone, and he's not any better defensively than Ben.

His two years prior to Evansville were spent with Huntington University, which is an NAIA school. If we don't count those years, he has at least two years of eligibility after this one. There might even be an argument for a third COVID year as well, but that would really be pushing the envelope.
As most anybody could tell, he also needs to get bigger and stronger. I can't imagine any NBA team showing interest in him at this point in time.
Ben would be a great veteran next year if he’s eligible to come back. Have we heard if that option is becoming more likely? A full offseason with Fletch would benefit him more than any player outside of Riley IMO.

They gave Ben a lot more opportunities to initiate his own offense starting from the Oregon game, which seems to help. While I don't think his iso offense is as good as, say, Trey White, it is probably better than Will at this point.
