I low-key don't like to look forward to next year,but at the same time next year's team is going to be huge...but kind of a mix of heavy youth but players who have benefited from watching the seniors do things how it should be done..I'm certain that these seniors moxie has been smeared all over these girls, including those two freshmen watching while they are redshirting..I'll be awfully happy if we win against Nebby, MICHIGAN for sure,and of the Cali teams,id really like to beat USC.Either or both.Thats greedy but I just believe we can get one of those...
Given the talent level, she has done the best coaching job of anyone in the country.

I think she is doing that now (some master's degree, anyway).
I look at those 4 losses in the conference and think Man if we could have held onto the Minnesota lead.,....or Washington..
I will always feel bummed not knowing how good this team could have been with a healthy Dolan and Cook.
The only small negative thought I have is I'm not sure with Coach Green if she ever likes rotations past 7 players..Am I reasonable in my thinking?
Not sure. I’m more in the camp of the bench was never deep enough to warrant the 8-10 playing. Heck most teams don’t go very deep.
I think she is open to going deeper but does not feel comfortable with the bench players she currently has except for Cori Allen and Wallace.
The way I look at it is if you offered a schollie to them they need a chance...These seniors were like a blessing,but to be honest it does seem like she is a pretty good recruiter.

Talent gap and injuries have forced different situations this season.
Good being it gave Jasmine Brown-Hagger and Berry Wallace more minutes this season
Bad is we would have a deeper bench this season if no injuries. Likely have Shoup-Hill, Dolan, Brown-Hagger, Wallace and Bollin off the bench. I factored in Lety starting but either way they would have split time. Cori Allen would have been the 11th player if all healthy. That is pretty strong!
Tough team with a lot of heart.....takes on the personality of the coaching staff
I feel confident that Coach Green is going to use however many players it takes to have the most successful season possible. Why wouldn’t she?
The Ladies are the team that Illini Nation needs to get behind and support right now.

The ones that are playing today, yes. Can't root for someone if they're idle.
