Yesterday and today are the best 2 day stretch of college basketball games of the year.
Seems like Painter has been doing that for forever. Maybe not AAs per se, but he's great at identifying lightly-recruited guys that will thrive in his system. My take, whoever wins our game will be in the final. Both Purdue and Michigan looking vulnerable right now.
And my meta take, I think Purdue will be great again next year with seniors Smith, Loyer, TKR and throw in Jacobson. But we could see an Iowa like swoon from them after Smith graduates. Will see if Painter can pull another 3 star all American out of his you know what.
Also Duke-UNC at 6 PM (ESPN) - Will likely be a competitive game due to Flagg and Maliq Brown injuriesA random smattering of some other games of note (times are Central)
Ole Miss-Auburn 12 PM (ESPN)
Texas-Tennessee ~2:30 PM (ESPN)
Akron-Toledo - 4 PM (CBSSN) (This is a game I'll watch as long as I can before the Illini game)
BYU-Houston 6 PM (ESPN)
UConn-Creighton 8 PM (Fox)
Alabama-Kentucky ~8:30 PM (ESPN)
Should be another great day of college basketball
10-15 significantly less talented and have more challenges than 1-9. IMO not much separates 1-8 so agree we will see some upsets todayAfter chalk yesterday I could easily see every game being an upset in the B1G tournament today
two years ago, and it was msu.Someone posted a comeback by Iowa over OSU - think it was a previous BTT game, but not sure. Iowa hit 3 after 3 after 3 in the final 2 minutes to tie it and go to OT where they won it. Anyone know what year that was?
Luck never hurts does it?Credit to MSU, they play very hard. But also feel like they got a little lucky in the first half. Had a lot of balls roll in. Oregon got their hands on a lot of balls that bounced right to a MSU player. Will see if Oregon can hit some shots and make it a game in the second half.
Never never ever root for SatanSo are we rooting for Ole Miss cause we hate Satan, or Auburn since Mississippi's resume is so similar to ours? I legit can't make up my mind...
We really needed Arkansas to help us out yesterday and beat Ole Miss. I don't think a loss to Auburn hurts them enough to make me root for Pearl...So are we rooting for Ole Miss cause we hate Satan, or Auburn since Mississippi's resume is so similar to ours? I legit can't make up my mind...
I guess the gate is now closed.Oregon roaring out of the 2nd half gate. Pacific time awakens
