They've made it to the Sweet 16 in 13 of the last 24 tournaments. They have made it 10/24.
He can disagree all he wants.
I amended this later. My data was up until 2021 not 2024.They've made it to the Sweet 16 in 13 of the last 24 tournaments.
True, but Duke was also fortunate to beat them by 3 in the sweet 16 game. Since 2021 Houston's end of the year Kenpom ratings are 5,3,2,2 and this year they are currently at #3 behind Duke & Florida.Honestly they were pretty lucky to survive Texas A&M last year. A&M outplayed them just couldn't close.
It's a Sophie's choice, really. Would you like to suck or be scummy?
Sorry, my bad, I missed that.I amended this later. My data was up until 2021 not 2024.
Sean Miller with the opportunity to show the Texas boosters what he can offer as a head coach for them. Lol.
So BU is responsible for the Groce tenure as well? Can you do teams that have made it more than once in the last 19 years? Is that an absurd bar as well?
I N IThinking today of the “7 year famine” (2014-2020) where we didn’t even sniff selection Sunday. The current times, aren’t so bad.

Golden is ACTIVELY looking to get out of Florida …

Indy does this have anything to do with the allegations that were brought upon him?Golden is ACTIVELY looking to get out of Florida …

I would be, too, but probably for different reasons.Golden is ACTIVELY looking to get out of Florida …

Who knows maybe his wife is wanting to get out of the area?
Grandma and I were just in south Florida, came home Thursday. Coming home to 30 degrees, wind, and rain is not an improvement.I would be, too, but probably for different reasons.
Yeah but you know who doesn’t live in 30 degrees, wind, and rain?Grandma and I were just in south Florida, came home Thursday. Coming home to 30 degrees, wind, and rain is not an improvement.
No one will take Tyler, not even high-schools. Looks like there is unwritten clause in BU's contract to keep Tyler on the coaching table.Do we help find Tyler a new role that appears like a step up somewhere else ?

Arizona is nice this time of year and far less flat and mosquito-filled and far from the reaches of Florida Man.Grandma and I were just in south Florida, came home Thursday. Coming home to 30 degrees, wind, and rain is not an improvement.

Fortunately we have never run into Florida Man, although I assume that he is lurking. Daughter's family is in Florida, not Arizona, so we go to Florida. She is in the burbs where I have never seen a mosquito. Magic of chemistry maybe. It's certainly flat. Grandson was playing baseball, (pitcher) Granddaughter playing tennis, but doesn't give it much effort. They don't have any idea that it is Winter. The weather was perfect. They apologized for some rain when it was 78 degrees. I asked if they were kidding.Arizona is nice this time of year and far less flat and mosquito-filled and far from the reaches of Florida Man.
Holy out of context Batman. I responded to a post about making the sweet sixteen every other year being too high of an expectation. My position is that once every ~20 years is too low for this program. Once in 8 years is also too low. Michigan recently made it 5 years in a row and 2 of them with Juwan Howard at the helm.So BU is responsible for the Groce tenure as well?
