There has not been a team more lucky to win the natty than Florida. 4 straight tournament games where they were down 8+ in the second half.

But the real hot take: Our defense will be top 25 next year. I just can’t imagine brad doesn’t intervene to some degree. When we hire a new assistant they either completely take the defensive scheming or at least add enough wrinkles to make it a good defense.

Edit - the fact that this could ever possibly have been taken as a legitimate post is a pretty poignant encapsulation of the discourse on this topic.

Hilarious to me reading all the "white-knighting" regarding Hamer.

Incredible that people can "feel bad for" a guy making 250,000 a year to measurably make our defense worse because of some random message board posts. GMAFB, lol

I think too many posters are posting about yesterday that are going off others view of what happened yesterday. They don’t have direct knowledge of yesterday’s discourse but are going to hang on to what 2-3 biased people have said.

That is my take.

Well maybe then you ask a question instead of immediately jumping to 'a-hole'? You're a highly recognizable and frequent poster here and the original assumption was probably that you had read the thread, and would get the joke without further explanation.

While that assumption turned out to be false, that did not merit the escalation. IMO anyway.
