Here's the NFL.com draft analysis on Frazier:

Round 5

Overview
Long-limbed corner with low career rep count but impressive production in lone starting season. Frazier is long, fast and athletic but upright and gawky in transitions from off-man coverage. He stays connected to all forms of vertical routes and uses his length/leaping ability to shade deep windows for the quarterback. He sees well from zone coverage and can burst/stride into plays on the football that some can’t get to. Frazier will turn 25 years old as a rookie and started only 10 games at UTSA, but his traits, in-season improvement and ball production could make him a Day 3 pick with upside as an outside corner.

Strengths
Tall, long and very fast.
Has the tools to become a more consistent hindrance in press coverage.
Adequate recognition and response to quarterbacks.
Hitches rides on vertical routes and stays in phase.
Burst, stride and wingspan bring on-ball production.
Racked up 15 passes defensed, including six interceptions, in 2024.

Weaknesses
Turns 25 in October and started for only one season at UTSA.
Can be overly responsive to route fakes in off-man coverage.
Sticky hips slow his transition and lateral burst.
Looks uncomfortable turning to find the football even when he’s in position.
Misses interceptions and breakups that he should make.

Round 5

Overview
Hyppolite’s career production is fairly pedestrian relative to the number of starts he’s made, but he has the kind of speed that is rarely dismissed out of hand by NFL evaluators. The more one watches, the more one realizes he plays with natural instincts to sniff out and pursue the play. It appears his lack of take-on technique and tackle consistency will be his biggest hindrances at the next level. A move to Will linebacker could free him from some of the physical rigors inside and allow him to highlight his pursuit speed, but he needs to prove he can make more plays in coverage.

Strengths
Made 46 career starts over five seasons.
Showed blazing speed for a 236-pound inside linebacker at pro day.
Solid job of recognizing and reacting to play design.
Good pacing and mirroring of the runner in his lateral scrapes.
Has plus acceleration to chase and tackle or close on throws underneath.

Weaknesses
Winds up getting mauled by big, climbing blockers.
Needs to upgrade technique with his hands.
Would like to see him make more tackles closer to the line.
Slow to shade his zone drops relative to the quarterback's eyes.
Lacks physicality and run-through technique as a hitter.

Overview
Newman is a competitive zone-scheme guard with below-average power by NFL standards. He plays with adequate foot quickness to mirror his gaps but his lunging and wide hands need to be corrected. Holes in his technique will be exploited by NFL talent and he might not have enough runway to get them corrected with more coaching.

Strengths
Started every game in the last four seasons.
Good awareness of threats in protection.
Showed reactive quickness mirroring Michigan DT Mason Graham.
Keeps base under him with controlled settle steps.
Looks for additional work on stretch plays and work-up blocks.

Weaknesses
Impatience can cause him to reach in pass protection.
Reaches and hugs instead of sliding feet to secure his edge.
Chases long twists and loses gap integrity.
Movements are segmented when getting to blocks in space.
Lacks contact impact as a run blocker.
