Already lining up everywhere from what I saw of his Sophomore tape on Hudl. Has the size and speed to be productive at any of the WR spots.
These rules are set up for a number of reasons but one is to give coaches a break. Head coaches would rather have a rule limiting there time on the road to X weeks than it be wild Wild West and coaches can be out there 52 weeks a year.
