Gruyère or Emmentaler (German) are unreal. There’s a German dish called “Kasespatzle” which is like the German version of Mac n cheese with sausage and caramelized onions. My soon to be Father-in-law is a German man and it is the only German dish I can honestly say I really like.

I guess but are you really willing to pay say 5x for an “ace” defender - which I would not say Millet is good but “ace”? Anyways, I see way for value in a 6’8” guy who can shot very similar (at least looking a past stats) for 500% less money? Sure if Miller was as good as say Gary Payton yea I get it?

Boss Boz and the Balkan Boys: I dream of seeing Kylan coaching an all-ic team in an exhibition game. With Kylan dressed in solid-orange sweats, a blue eye patch, a Shedeur Sanders-style silver chain ("Illinic"), and his hair parted and slicked Bradimir-style.
Aldi sells this in their frozen section. Nothing like the real thing, of course, but it's great for a side dish that you can heat up in minutes.

Just want to say this. Ben wasn’t the problem last year, it’s how he was used.
He could be a great shooter off the bench that has some size to him. Very nice complimentary role player.

there is a very good mexican joint on the n. side of chicago that uses muenster cheese on their suizo ranchero burritos. it is heavenly.

This. I never hated Hum I just hated how he was used. Way too many minutes - obviously Will and Morez were superior talents. The blame goes to BU and crew for not bringing him off the bench for just 10-15 minutes a game.
Also all the cheese talk is making me so hungry.

True. I think a lot of people wanted to see Morez get more minutes because he was a a flashy player with dunks and put-backs. But Morez also piled on the fouls. Seemed like every game he picked up a foul every 3-5 minutes.
