Because the % is higher … Significantly higher …

We’re going to be a player here … I talked to a couple of our coaches and a couple people in personnel … This ESL move is significant … We were always in the mix but even more so now …

No other school in the country can say they’ve been recruiting this kid since he was in middle school … We can …

“Elite player … Absolute game changer … NFL ready size … Big Ten POTY potential as a freshman especially in our program.”

- A certain coach we all know and love … 😎
will get the first class reception and then some. long, long time since we've had a true shot at a 5*.

Someone get the gift baskets ready to send over to Larry Ellison’s house! It’s time to come home!

He cares more about development and winning/competing than money. We will have a shot and in case y’all haven’t realized we have some big bags now too
I think my worry is that the A&Ms/Texas/Miami won't be following the new revenue share model and this will just give them another 20 mil to throw around legally.
I do hope for college football's sake that it holds.

If I remember correctly the family lives comfortably. I think mom is a doctor, so less money stress to have to deal with. Maybe?

likely in the 1% range.

I'm guessing that was the odds when he was in Texas. Knowing a percentage is impossible but coming back "home" surely seems to increase the odds for Illinois. The pushback is he's so talented that every school would be willing to prioritize him.
