Does anyone know who we're recruiting for '26? And do we have a shot at Trinity Jones?

Does anyone know how Finney is doing in practice? Could she be a starter by the end of the season?

The team no longer looks small. The B1G looks better UCLA, USC, Maryland Iowa,Ohio State, Michigan have upgraded as well.We can't forget Wisconsin Oregon or even Minnesota and Michigan State..We got better and Coach Green says we have no holds barring us I believe the ILL-INI have the grit and tenacity,a yeah talent too.We just have that blessing and curse of extreme youth...Makes me excited for basketball because of the women too. Thank you Josh Whitman.

The women still need MORE SUPPORT..Here and everywhere else... We could be South Carolina too.Just look at where we get to find gems in a couple hours radius. Of course in our complete March Madness home state.
I agree, but unfortunately, just like the football team, it may take the women to be a top 15 team to get fans to show up.
I bought my 3sesson tickets. Can’t wait!!

Prior to Shauna Green's arrival, we had attended a grand total of ONE (1) Illini women's BKB game in history. I was friends with Karl Grentz (rest in peace ) and he gave our family courtside tix to a game when his wife Theresa was the coach here.

Since Coach Green's arrival, we have had season tickets all 3 seasons and haven't missed a home game during her tenure. We have also traveled to several road games in the last 3 years.

vs Notre Dame (@ Washington DC)
@ Indiana
@ Iowa (sellout crowd during Caitlin Clark's senior year)
@ Northwestern
@ Purdue
@ Maryland (witnessed history as we beat the Terps for the 1st time in program history)
@ Big Ten Tourney in Minneapolis
@ WBIT Tourney in Indianapolis (both the semi-final and championship game)

We are looking forward to the day when the State Farm Center is drawing 10,000+ fans for the women's games. I think that day will be here sooner than later if Shauna can continue bringing in the top notch recruits.

Coach Green has been a breath of fresh air to a dying women's program instilling hope and pride back into my heart and soul.....I never miss a game on TV as the Illini women are must see TV to me......

Appreciate all the fans who can attend their games....I really really do....

I used to go to womens volleyball games at Kenny gym when the program first saw success in 80's. Nancy Brookhart Mary Eggins. Final Four. It only held couple thousand fans but it was packed and you were right on top of the court just like a HS game. it was so much fun.

I wish I could attend WBB games. Great upward trajectory - bet you can still get great seats. Unfortunately in SoCal. Keep hoping we get sent to NCAA regional here!

Now that is progress.. Would be a dream to schedule both the Carolina teams and home and away games at Mizznoz.Ithink this class has the learning curve,of course if we add the big whale recruit like Trinity Jones and such.I believe NIL for women will help.
